Let me start by telling you a bit about

my story...

Just a few years ago, I was going through menopause and believed I was handling the transition smoothly…​when everything hit me at once.


As a health coach, I was confident I knew plenty about hormones, menopause, health, and fitness. Oh I soon ​realized I had much to learn. I developed symptoms I brushed aside as just aging, not realizing they were ​related to menopause.

I now know that menopause is a time of stress in the body, especially when compounded by other life ​stressors. Menopause can really take a toll on your health, mood, and your life. Trust me, I know how it feels.


Right in the middle of my menopause, I faced divorce, losing my job, the death of two beloved pets, some ​friends, and much of my support system. As if that weren’t enough, I also suffered a severe ankle fracture and ​was unable to walk for months.


After two surgeries, medications, and subsequent infections, I lost the slim, fit body I once had. I was now ​overweight, weak, tired, and in pain. The deep sleep I once enjoyed was now interrupted by nightly hot ​flashes and an urgent need to run to the toilet.


My sex drive pretty much disappeared, and the vaginal thinning made it impossible anyway.


If that weren’t enough, my hair was rapidly thinning, my skin was becoming crepey, joints were hurting, and I ​started to feel old seemingly overnight. The most troubling symptom was my difficulty concentrating, as my ​once sharp mind became fuzzy and forgetful.


I never imagined being middle-aged and single, losing my career and the body I once enjoyed. How would I be ​able to date and find a new career at my age and in the state my body and mind were in?


It’s easy to fall into depression and feel like your best years are behind you.


What do I have to look forward to now?


That’s when I decided I was not going to accept this situation. I searched for a good doctor who actually ​understood menopause and I took charge of my health. I decided it was my time to enjoy life. I had ​worked hard all my life with very little time for myself.



Now it was MY TIME!

my new story...

I left my home, bought a campervan, started a new career online, and set off to see the country. ​Even though at the start of my journey, I was overweight and could barely walk, I was determined ​not to let that stop me from going on my adventure. And what an adventure it was! Along the way, I ​studied hormonal health and learned everything I could about menopause. I lost 20 pounds, my hair ​grew back, my skin improved, and my energy levels bounced back.

Now I live a life I never even dreamed was possible. I turned my passion for travel into a ​podcast which I hope will inspire other women to follow their passion too.


I feel better now than I did 20 years ago!


I am dedicated to helping other women navigate this stage in life and reclaim their health, ​energy, and vitality. I did it and I know you can too!

I created this program to help women suffering from bothersome symptoms, wight gain and confusion ​over the conflicting information women face today. Unfortunately most doctors today have very little ​training or experience with menopause. And its not better with women doctors until they too reach this ​age.


In this program I will walk you throught the stages of menopause so you understand what is happening ​and what you can do to feel good at every stage. It is possible and I see it everyday.

We will work together as you navigate hyour journey which is unique to each women. There is no one ​size fits all solution. Each women mjust find what workds for her and I walk you through a step by step ​program that addresses your physical, mental and spiritual health.

And this program comes with a supportive community of other women just like hyou who need support ​and commaraderie.

Unfortunately, on my ​journey I discovered the majority of doctors today have limited training or experience with ​menopause. I've found this situation is often not much better with female doctors, at least not ​until they also reach this stage in life.


In this program I will walk you thought the stages of menopause so you understand what is ​happening and what you can do to feel good at every stage. It is possible and I see it everyday.
